Betsy Shor is a Physician Assistant who trained at Northeastern University. She graduated in the top 5% of her class. Her undergraduate studies at Brandeis University were concentrated in Psychology and Behavioral Neuroscience. Betsy went on to work as an EMT for three years in both Boston and Berkeley, CA.
Her primary areas of interest include functional and nutritional medicine, preventive health and holistic approaches to well-being. She is adept at the management of acute health concerns and also looks forward to establishing warm relationships with her patients and longitudinal care plans for improving health.
As an avid cyclist, marathon runner and chef, Betsy invests a great deal of energy in her own health, and hopes to infuse her patients with the same zest for self-care.
As a licensed Physician Assistant, she is able to manage both acute and chronic medical concerns, and provide health counseling. Our team approach to health care at Family Practice Group ensures that all of your health needs will be met with competence and compassion.
