Dr. Wayne Altman joined FPG in 2001. He is also Professor and Chair of Family Medicine at Tufts University School of Medicine. Dr. Altman has founded and is the leader of MAPCAP (MA Primary Care Alliance for Patients), a grassroots organization that advocates for increasing primary care investment in order to improve patient outcomes, lower the cost of healthcare, and eliminate health inequities.
